Frequently
asked questions

What is the ICF Level 2 / PCC credential?
The ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential, also known as Level 1, is offered by the International Coaching Federation — the global leader in coaching standards. It validates foundational coaching competency, adherence to the ICF Code of Ethics, and demonstrated coaching experience. It is the entry-level professional credential recognized globally by coaching clients and organizations.
Coacharya’s program is unique in its integration of Eastern wisdom traditions — yoga philosophy, mindfulness, and spiritual intelligence — with ICF-standard competencies. Small cohort sizes, mentorship with experienced MCC-level faculty, and an emphasis on immediate real-world practice set us apart from larger, more generic programs.
No prior coaching experience is required. However, having 10 years of professional or work experience is preferred, as this background allows you to draw upon your own knowledge and relationships to effectively guide future coaching clients. Career changers and first-time coaches are very welcome.
The Level 1 program runs over 4–5 months, combining live synchronous sessions, asynchronous learning modules, mentored coaching practice, and portfolio completion. The flexible format is designed for working professionals.
The program is primarily delivered online through live virtual sessions and async modules. Some cohorts offer hybrid options with in-person intensives. All formats are designed to be fully accessible to international participants.
Yes. The Full Level 1 Program can be paid in 3 monthly installments. We also offer group pricing discounts for corporate teams of 3 or more. Speak with our team to explore what works best for your situation.
Level 1 / ACC is the foundational credential and a natural prerequisite for the Level 2 / PCC program. Coacharya’s Level 1 curriculum is intentionally designed so that ACC holders can transition smoothly into the advanced Level 2 program, with dedicated fast-track pathways available.
